Shipping & Delivery

All orders submitted Monday through Friday after 2 pm (ET) will start production the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm (ET) or on the weekend will start production the following Monday. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks production time before shipping.

Standard Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days (excluding holidays) to all continental US addresses, following credit card authentication and payment verification.

Priority Shipping

Your order will be delivered approximately 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) to all continental US addresses, following credit card authentication and payment verification.

Express Shipping

Your order will be delivered approximately 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) to all continental US addresses, following credit card authentication and payment verification.

International Shipping

Please contact us with your order details before your order is placed. We will then email you an invoice which will include the cost of your order, international shipping, and the estimated delivery time for your order.

Returns

Though we believe that your one of a kind JOHOBO Handbag will be the perfect reflection of you, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange your design for one of the same size. Just notify us within 14 days of delivery using the form on the Contact Us page. Be sure to include the reason for your dissatisfaction and details of the new design you desire (inner/outer fabric, buckle, size) and we will send the return label to you. Once we have received the returned bag, we will produce and reship your new bag free of charge. Customers are allowed only one free handbag exchange per bag ordered. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks production time after we have received your returned item.
